Friday was spent structuring the project. Given the tight timeline, I scheduled it for the week after Halloween and named it Funded or Deported. I set a budget of $5,000–$8,000 to cover API credits, camera systems, and AI wearables that would serve as participant mics.
I also drafted a waiver and visited the house to discuss it with participants thankfully, an overwhelming majority agreed. Instead of using our own cameras, we decided to feature a friend from Founders Inc (where I usually work) as the show’s mascot, similar to Lana from Too Hot to Handle:

Most of the day was spent finalizing logistics and aligning everyone on roles and resources.
